Who is the course designed for?
The RII30820 Certificate III in Civil Construction Plant Operations is a nationally recognised qualification for people looking to work as plant operators in the civil construction industry. The course focuses on practical, job‑ready skills required to safely operate plant and equipment on active worksites.
Training is industry‑aligned and designed for both new entrants and experienced workers who want to formalise their skills and progress their career.

02. Qualifications
- Nationally Recognised Certificate in RII30820 Certificate III in Civil Construction Plant Operations – issued by Forkpro Australia.
03. Learner requirements.
There are no formal entry requirements. Participants are expected to:
- Hold a White Card (General Construction Induction)
- Have access to a civil construction workplace and relevant plant
- Be physically capable of working in outdoor construction environments
- Demonstrate basic language, literacy and numeracy skills
