Who is the course designed for?

01. How is this course delivered?
This qualification is delivered through workplace‑based and on‑site training, allowing participants to complete training and assessment in real operational environments.
Delivery may include:
- On‑site training in warehouse or logistics facilities
- Blended delivery combining practical training with structured theory components
- Employer‑supported training aligned to job roles and operational requirements
Assessment is conducted through practical demonstration, observation, and supporting evidence in accordance with training package requirements.

- Nationally Recognised Certificate in TLI30325 Certificate III in Supply Chain Operations – issued by Forkpro Australia.
03. Learner requirements.
There are no formal entry requirements for this qualification. Participants are expected to:
- Have experience working in warehousing, logistics or supply chain environments
- Be physically capable of undertaking operational tasks
- Demonstrate sufficient language, literacy and numeracy skills
- Have access to a suitable workplace for practical training and assessment
